Chicago ADA Paratransit Informational Meetings

On July 1, Pace will be taking over the responsibility for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit service in the city of Chicago from the CTA. Pace is working hard to ensure a smooth transition. Over time, you will notice improvements in reliability and efficiency.

In order to introduce ourselves to our new customers and to give us a chance to answer any questions or concerns the public may have about this change, Pace has worked with Chicago aldermen to arrange the following public meetings.
