Up to ten bicycles will be docked at each location and available to rent hourly or daily with credit, debit and prepaid cards. Rates begin at $7 per hour or $28 per day. Preserve visitors will also have the convenience of checking bike availability online from mobile devices at bikechicago.com.
North Branch Trail Rental Kiosks
Self-service rental kiosks are available at Tower Road, Harms Woods, Bunker Hill, Caldwell Woods and the Chicago Botanic Garden.
The North Branch Bike trail boasts approximately 20 miles of paved trails beginning at Caldwell and Devon Avenues in Chicago and continuing north to Lake County. The trail winds along the North Branch of the Chicago River and the Skokie Lagoons, providing access to various picnic groves, golf courses and also the Chicago Botanic Garden.
