SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

CEDA’s CSBG funded* Scholarship Program offers

financial aid ranging from $500-$3,000 for incomeeligible

residents of suburban Cook County who

demonstrate academic achievement, career potential

and educational motivation.

Candidates must submit a complete scholarship

application with all required documents and provide

proof of residency and income eligibility (see chart).

The application is available on-line beginning April 27 at

www.cedaorg.net. The application deadline is Friday,

June ??, 201?? at 5:00 p.m.Additional documentation

may be required.
